BANNED CARTOONS #3

Two cartoons for the price of one this week! The theme is again racism, specifically the portrayal of African culture by white America. While it may appear like innocent fun on the surface, beneath lies something a little more ominous. African culture is deemed to be savage, primitive, uncivilized and uncultured. The local populace is slow-witted, ignorant and even cannibalistic. The stereotypical physical features are again extremely exaggerated.

*Note that the village queen is a white woman. This was likely to avoid complications with censorship codes which prohibited miscegenation (inter-racial love or sexual relations) on television and film.
